- Delivery: We offer 100% free delivery across our serviced areas in Johannesburg and Durban. Delivery timelines will be communicated to you upon order confirmation via WhatsApp.
- Returns & Refunds: If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit for valid claims. Due to the nature of FMCG food products, returns on opened items are generally not accepted unless defective.
